Welcome to Heilbronn!

You will feel at home here. Located in the southwest of Germany, Heilbronn combines metropolitan flair with Swabian coziness. The wine town with its river Neckar stands for tradition and modern urban development.

"Schaffa, schaffa, Häusle baua!" is the go-to slogan of the Swabians. And those who work hard should also enjoy themselves to the full. That's why we live and love our wine culture, go out into nature close to the city and are constantly inspired by the city's diverse cultural offerings.

Since fall 2018 the renowned Technical University of Munich is present at the Bildungscampus Heilbronn and offers a wide variety of services to its more than 500 students in five programs. The state-of-the-art campus of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation and the excellence in research and teaching are now an integral part of one of the most innovative regions in Germany.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to a city full of tradition, friendly people, and technological development!
